Set against the stunning London skyline and bedecked with summer colours, Searcys’ Helix restaurant is celebrating a glorious British season. 3-course lunch £59.00 includes a glass of Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.

A Summer Market Menu at St Pancras Brasserie

For those looking to indulge, the summer Market Menu is on offer for guests to dine in the art-deco style Brasserie or the iconic Searcys Champagne Bar. The crowd-pleasing dishes include crispy Gressingham duck salad, Kent pork belly with apple and ginger sauce, the restaurant’s signature Creedy Carver chicken breast, sweetcorn and tarragon pancake and Stone bass fillet, smoked haddock, West Country mussels and Puy lentil broth. The puddings list features classic lemon tart, raspberry, crème fraîche and chocolate and coffee meringue. The market menu is available Monday to Saturday starting at £19.50 for two courses or £25 with a glass of English sparkling wine.
